Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Executive to manage daily organizational workflows while assisting with basic multimedia tasks. This role is primarily focused on operations and administration, making it ideal for a proactive individual who excels at coordination but also has a passion for beginner-level video editing and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination:
Handle daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth and productive workflows across all departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
Proactively identify operational gaps and assist in implementing process improvements.
Use internal software and tracking systems effectively for task execution.

Basic Media Creation:
Perform basic video editing (trimming, assembling, basic cuts) for internal and marketing use using Premiere Pro.
Apply simple color correction or audio adjustments using DaVinci Resolve.
Add basic text overlays and straightforward templates using After Effects.




Design and format everyday promotional materials, social media creatives, and posters using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Required Skills & Competencies
Operational Focus: Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills with a high sense of accountability.
Basic Media Skills: Beginner-level knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva. A genuine interest in learning more about media creation is a huge plus.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable adopting new internal systems and workflow tools.
Self-Driven: Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Prior experience in operations, administration, or coordination is highly advantageous.
Freshers with robust organizational skills and a basic portfolio of simple video/design edits are welcome to apply.

Work Location: In Person

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
