We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, front-end architecture, and performance optimization, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams
Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in coding standards
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of qualified experience in front-end development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)




Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and performance tuning
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices

Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in React.js development

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
