Job Summary:
The PPC Trainee assists the Production Planning & Control team in planning production schedules, monitoring inventory, coordinating with production and procurement departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Monitor production progress and update production reports.
Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track raw material availability and support inventory planning.
Help maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and records.
Analyze production data and identify delays or bottlenecks.
Support capacity planning and machine utilization analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures,



and quality standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Production Planning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of inventory management concepts.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,363.65 - ₹30,090.40 per month
