About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience at our Palladium boutique. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and jewelry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling consultations.
Understand customer preferences and recommend products that suit their style and occasion.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling.
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, and product features.
Support store events, launches,



and client engagement initiatives.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Desired Profile
2–3 years of retail experience in fashion, jewelry, luxury, premium lifestyle, or apparel brands.
Fashion background preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales orientation with a customer-first mindset.
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
Passionate about fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Pay: From ₹29,809.82 per month
