Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts for Wowper Baby Diapers, driving brand growth, consumer acquisition, and market leadership. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing plans to enhance brand equity and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a solid focus on digital strategies and consumer insights.

Location: Mumbai Office

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute offline campaigns (events, exhibitions, promotions)
Coordinate with vendors for hoardings, pamphlets, banners, etc.
Conduct field visits and local promotions
Manage brand visibility in target areas
Build relationships with partners, retailers, or clients
Track campaign performance and report results

Skills Required:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and coordination ability




Basic knowledge of marketing strategies
Ability to work on-ground and travel if required

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 +years of marketing experience in FMCG, Skin Care or with a focus on baby care or hygiene products being an advantage.

Key Competencies:
Robust understanding of brand-building strategies and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
