Experienced hands in the field of Linux server administration. Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in web hosting and support services, with positive knowledge on control panels like cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, Plesk etc.

We work with our datacenter in Spain, from where we are proving hosting and support services to customers across the world. Need to manage and monitor the servers with monitoring tools and manual procedures to make sure that the server health is maintained and managed without fail. Also has to respond to customer queries and provide support services to them on a 24×7 basis.

Responsibilities & Skills:
Manage web servers with or without server control panels (e.g., cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk)
Proficiently use Linux commands to manage server tasks
Experience with mail servers such as Exim, Postfix, etc.
Hands-on experience on server backend (SSH/Terminal)




Provide excellent support and solutions to our clients on 24×7 basis
Work in 3 shifts (Morning, Evening, Night) on rotational basis
Poses excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam & English, which is very much mandatory
Knowledge on Windows server management will be an added advantage
