We're Hiring – Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, assist doctors during patient treatment, monitor patient health, administer medications, and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate care in accordance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, and report any changes to the treating doctor.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean and protected patient care setting.




Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Eligibility
B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Diploma in Nursing with a valid nursing registration.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of hospital experience will be preferred.
Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
