Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, etc.)
Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
Monitor system performance and ensure proper temperature and air quality standards
Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations
Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls
Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Assist in energy conservation initiatives and system efficiency improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (preferably in hotels or commercial buildings)




Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety standards and refrigerant handling

Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience (Hospitality industry preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
