Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth within a specific branch location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, managing a team of sales specialists, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with key clients and prospects to drive recent business acquisition and retention.
Oversee the entire sales cycle,



from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation and closing deals.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and product development needs.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
Manage branch resources effectively, including budget allocation and staffing, to optimize sales productivity.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance the branch's presence and reputation.
