Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.
Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
Manage resident admissions, room allocations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
Address resident complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain attendance and occupancy records.
Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and security services.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
Handle emergencies and coordinate with medical services, security, or local authorities when required.
Organize orientation sessions and promote a positive living setting.
Prepare periodic reports on hostel operations and incidents.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Previous experience in hostel, residential, or facility management is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, record management).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
