Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage customer invoicing, billing records and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of billing processes, GST compliance and ERP/Tally software, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Generate GST tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents before billing.
Maintain billing records and documentation systematically.
Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams to resolve billing-related queries.
Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies.
Reconcile invoices and assist in accounts receivable follow-ups.
Prepare daily and monthly billing reports for management.
Maintain customer master data and billing records in the ERP/Tally system.

Required Skills




Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
Experience with Tally Prime, ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing or accounts.
Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of electrical products or project-based billing.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
