Job Description:

World of Mysore Pak is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed candidates to join our retail counter sales team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, promote our products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting sweets, snacks, and gift packs.
Explain product varieties, prices, and ongoing offers.
Handle billing using the POS system and accept cash, card, and UPI payments.
Pack products neatly and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter.
Refill displays and ensure products are attractively arranged.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment needs.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.




Support the team during weekends, festivals, and peak business hours.

Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC or above.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
