Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
Max 7 years of experience in CNC Plasma & Thermal Cutting industry OR experience in capital goods sales within engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs for consumables, spares, and parts across the machine life cycle.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and life cycle cost analyses for consumables and spares.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of consumables and service packages.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring timely support for consumables and spare parts.
Provide technical guidance on correct usage, compatibility, and replacement intervals of consumables and spares.
Troubleshoot issues related to consumables performance and recommend corrective actions.
Suggest process improvements and upgrades to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
Maintain accurate records of consumable usage, spare part sales, and customer feedback.
