We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our corporate partnerships and placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential employers for internship and full-time roles.
Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and corporate decision-makers.
Identify job opportunities through company visits, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and corporate relationship building to support learner placements.

Required Skills:
Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
Understanding of recruitment and corporate hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets
Solid follow-up and business development skills.
Educational Qualification:
Any Bachelor's Degree
MBA (Marketing/HR)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
