Key Responsibilities
Installation Assistance – Support senior technicians in installing new elevators, escalators, and home lifts.
Maintenance & Servicing – Assist in routine maintenance, lubrication, and adjustments of elevator systems.
Inspection & Troubleshooting – Help identify technical issues, minor faults, and report problems to senior staff.
Safety Checks – Learn and follow safety protocols during electrical and mechanical work.
Wiring & Connections – Support in basic electrical wiring, control panels, and motor connections under supervision.
Documentation – Maintain service records, job sheets, and checklists.
Customer Interaction – Accompany seniors during client visits and learn to explain basic elevator usage and safety.
Learning & Development – Undergo on-the-job training for elevator mechanics, electronics, and control systems.

Skills Required (for Freshers)




Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems.
Ability to read simple wiring diagrams & technical manuals.
Positive problem-solving attitude.
Teamwork – willingness to assist seniors and learn.
Physical fitness (work involves climbing, lifting, and handling tools).
C​ommitment to safety procedures.

Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
10th / 12th pass candidates with robust technical interest may be considered for trainee roles.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
