Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, chains, and other lifting accessories before use.
Select appropriate lifting equipment based on load weight and configuration.
Attach and secure loads for lifting operations.
Guide crane operators using standard hand signals or radio communication.
Ensure proper load balancing and protected movement of materials.
Maintain lifting equipment records and report any defects or damages.
Follow permit-to-work systems and site safety procedures.
Keep the work area clean and free from hazards.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Requirements
Valid Rigger certification (if required by the project/client).
Knowledge of lifting plans, load charts, and rigging techniques.
Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with crane operators and site personnel.
Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹24,500.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
