Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, following up on enquiries, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients and leads
Handle incoming enquiries professionally
Follow up on pending quotations and projects
Maintain client database and call records
Coordinate with internal teams for updates
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Malayalam & English)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers professionally
Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
