Job Title: F&B; Manager

Location: Hotel Prayana

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B; Manager to oversee the Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations of Hotel Prayana. The candidate must have a strong background in Sales and Marketing and be capable of increasing revenue, improving guest satisfaction and leading the F&B; team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of Restaurant, Bar and Room Service
Plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase F&B; revenue
Achieve monthly sales targets and control costs
Develop promotional activities, food festivals and special offers
Maintain high standards of service and hygiene
Monitor guest feedback and improve customer satisfaction




Train and supervise F&B; staff
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping departments
Prepare monthly sales and performance reports

Requirements:
Proven experience as F&B; Manager or similar role in a hotel
Solid sales and marketing background is mandatory
Positive leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle targets and revenue planning
Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
