Job Summary
Radhakrishna Fertility and Health Care Centre is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain nursing records.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and surgeries when required.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-treatment care.
Maintain infection control standards and ensure cleanliness of the assigned area.
Handle medical equipment and maintain nursing supplies.
Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care.
Eligibility
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) Registration.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in Fertility, IVF, OT, or Hospital Nursing is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
