Job Summary

Vidhu Academy is looking for a Chemistry Faculty member to teach NEET and JEE aspirants and support students in developing robust conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Teach Chemistry for NEET and JEE students based on the current syllabus.
Handle Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry sessions.
Conduct classroom teaching, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and practice tests.
Evaluate student performance and provide academic support.
Guide students with exam preparation strategies and time management.
Coordinate with the academic team for academic planning and schedule execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
Prior experience in NEET/JEE coaching preferred.




Robust subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
Positive communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with NEET and JEE exam patterns and syllabus.
Ability to simplify concepts and improve problem-solving approaches.
Comfortable handling offline and/or online classes.

Experience
Freshers with strong subject expertise may apply.
Experienced faculty preferred.
