About the Chance

Joy Ice Cream is expanding its operations across Kerala and invites applications for the position of Sales Officer (SO).

Final location assignment will be based on business requirements and candidate residence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Officer (SO)
Commence field activities by 9:00 AM daily
Visit assigned retail outlets as per approved beat plan
Ensure a minimum of 30 shop visits per month
Generate at least 10 billing outlets with a minimum order value of ₹15,000
Submit the first shop visit photograph before 10:00 AM
Support distributor operations, order booking, and follow-ups
Ensure proper freezer placement, visibility, and hygiene standards
Execute in-store branding activities including flex boards and POS materials
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports





Eligibility Criteria
Sales Officer (SO)
Any basic degree
1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, or Frozen Foods sales
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
Local candidates preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Sales Officer (SO)
Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance as applicable
Annual performance bonus of up to ₹1,00,000
