Cerner Charge Services Analyst (EL 3)

Shift: India Overlap – CST (4:00 AM to 1:30 PM IST)

Role Summary

Responsible for build, maintenance, and support of Cerner Charge Services and Chargemaster, ensuring accurate charge capture and resolving charge-related issues in collaboration with Revenue Cycle and PFS teams.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain Cerner Charge Services & Chargemaster (CDM)
Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or failed charges
Support charge pricing, code updates, and workflow configuration
Collaborate with Patient Financial Services (PFS) to ensure billing accuracy
Perform testing, validation, and documentation for charge-related changes

Required Skills
Solid experience in Cerner Charge Services & Chargemaster build
Expertise in charge troubleshooting and revenue cycle workflows

Valuable to Have
Patient Financial Services (PFS) or Revenue Cycle experience

Experience
EL 3 | Typically 5–8 years of relevant Cerner experience

Pay: ₹267,038.56 - ₹693,111.02 per year
