Sales Manager (Garden Sales)

Location: Kolkata

Salary: 40k to 50k

Preferred Industry: Tea Industry (CTC)

Experience: 7 to 8 Years

Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage garden tea sales to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with tea buyers, brokers, exporters, and institutional customers.
Coordinate with tea gardens, factories, and auction houses for smooth sales and dispatch operations.
Monitor tea market trends, auction prices, and competitor activities to maximize sales prospects.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain customer records.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries effectively.

Preferred Candidate




Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
7–8 years of experience in tea sales, preferably in Garden Sales within the CTC tea industry.
Solid knowledge of tea auctions, tea grades, pricing, and market dynamics.
Established network with tea buyers, brokers, exporters, and industry stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business development and customer meetings

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
