About the Role

RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a precision engineering company serving industrial and defence sectors. We are looking for a smart, confident, and self-motivated Marketing & Business Development Executive who can independently manage our marketing activities, communicate with customers, generate business opportunities, and help grow the company.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Speak fluent English and communicate professionally with Indian and international customers.
Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Google, and other platforms.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into business.
Prepare quotations, presentations, and company profiles.
Maintain customer database and CRM records.
Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements and project updates.
Update the company website, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing platforms.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business prospects.
Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.




Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident on telephone and video calls.
Positive computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, IndiaMART, digital marketing, and AI tools like ChatGPT is an advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn technical products.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or any related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering marketing will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
