Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EXIM Import & Export Executive to manage and coordinate international shipment operations, documentation, customs processes, and communication with overseas clients and logistics partners. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of export-import procedures, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities Import & Export Operations
Handle end-to-end import and export shipment processes
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transport vendors
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and clearance
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues

Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and verify export/import documentation including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Shipping Bill
Certificate of Origin
LC Documentation
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and international trade regulations
Maintain records of all EXIM transactions and documents

Coordination & Communication
Communicate with overseas suppliers, buyers, and agents
Coordinate with banks for LC, advance payments, and export documentation




Work closely with internal departments such as accounts, operations, and sales

Reporting & MIS
Prepare shipment status reports and documentation trackers
Maintain accurate data in ERP/Tally/Excel systems
Support management with EXIM-related reporting and audits

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in Import & Export operations
Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation
Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, and export-import compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and documentation handling
Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in freight forwarding or trading industry
Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade practices
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Valuable negotiation and vendor coordination skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
