Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, compliance, risk management, MIS, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS
Monitor P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial KPIs
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, and statutory requirements
Manage internal and statutory audits; coordinate with auditors
Establish strong financial controls, processes, and risk management systems
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy
Manage banking relationships, loans, investments,



and financial arrangements
Identify cost optimization prospects and improve profitability
Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team
Collaborate closely with CEO, MD, and business heads
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Candidate Profile
Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent
Experience: 15+ years in finance, with leadership role experience
Strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance
Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience handling large teams and complex financial operations
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
