Patient Care Executive / Lead Calling Executive

Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Patient Care Executive to manage and convert incoming leads across our healthcare brands. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking with people, following up consistently, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from enquiry to their first clinic visit.

Key Responsibilities
Call and manage all incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns and outgoing calls from current data-base.
Understand patient requirements and schedule clinic appointments.
Follow up with leads until they complete their first consultation.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Share daily reports and maintain lead trackers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

KRAs
Leads contacted and follow-ups completed
Appointments booked
Lead-to-consultation conversion rate




Revenue generated
CRM accuracy and timely reporting
Achievement of monthly performance targets

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or patient coordination.
Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
Valuable knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Robust communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Healthcare, wellness, clinic, hospital, or diagnostic industry experience will be an advantage.

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance-based incentives after the initial six-month evaluation period.

Working Days:
Monday-Saturday
