As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a quick-paced cafe setting.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate cash registers and handle transactions
Uphold food safety standards in handling and preparing beverages
Assist in stocking and replenishing cafe items
Provide friendly and prompt customer service
Skills
Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry
Experience in food handling procedures
Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar software is a plus
Prior experience in the food service industry is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
