Source and identify reliable vendors across India based on project requirements.
Conduct vendor outreach through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to collect quotations and technical information.
Make regular cold calls to onboard recent vendors and build a solid vendor network.
Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets for management review.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
Maintain and update the vendor database.
Coordinate with logistics partners for material dispatch and timely deliveries.
Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, invoices, dispatch schedules, and pending documentation.
Verify vendor credentials, product quality, capabilities, and past project experience.
Prepare vendor comparison reports, procurement documentation, and other MIS reports.
Collaborate with the Procurement, Operations, and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
