Responsible for assisting customers in selecting home appliances, driving showroom sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their requirements
Recommend suitable home appliances based on customer needs and budget
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and advantages
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Cross-sell and upsell complementary products and accessories
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation
Coordinate with inventory and store teams to ensure product availability
Assist customers with billing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily sales reports
Skills Required:
Solid sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Product demonstration and presentation skills
Ability to achieve sales targets
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / HSC in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Preferred Experience:
Experience in selling home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, kitchen appliances, or consumer electronics
Experience with retail chains, electronics showrooms, or branded appliance stores
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
