Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Prepare management presentations with key financial insights
Track KPIs and business metrics to identify improvement areas
Support ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership

Required Skills:
Solid financial modeling and Excel skills
Positive understanding of financial statements and ratios
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong presentation and communication skills
Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes

Good to Have:
MBA Finance / CFA (partial)
Power BI/Tableau
Exposure to industry-specific financial modeling
