Role & responsibilities :

i) Provide strategic guidance and domain expertise for the effective implementation of the project and achievement of its objectives.

ii) Advise on policy, regulatory, and governance matters relating to cyber laws, digital ecosystem, and emerging technologies.

iii) Review project progress, key deliverables, and reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

iv) Facilitate coordination with MeitY, Central and State Government departments, law enforcement agencies, and other key stakeholders. v) Support the formulation of policy recommendations and provide inputs for amendments to the Information Technology Act, 2000, allied rules, and other regulatory frameworks.

vi) Provide expert guidance for capacity-building initiatives, workshops, and awareness programmes related to cyber laws and digital governance.

vii) Assist in identifying emerging challenges, risks, and best practices in the online ecosystem, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

viii) Perform any other advisory or project-related responsibilities assigned by the Competent Authority.
