Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, branding, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, content marketing, analytics, and integrated marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage lead generation campaigns with focus on CPL, CPA, remarketing, and audience targeting.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
Handle SEO, SEM, keyword research, website optimization, and Google Analytics reporting.
Develop and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Coordinate content creation including posts, reels,



videos, blogs, and marketing creatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports using analytics tools.
Plan and execute branding activities, workshops, promotional events, and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with design, sales, and external vendors for marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
Experience in the Staffing, HR, Recruitment, Education, Training, or Service industry is preferred.
Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and meet deadlines.
