Deputy Manager - Taxation

Qualification and Experience: Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience

Profile
Analyze the quarterly and yearly financial statements of the Company and consolidated financial statements as well and discuss with auditors.
Analyze Monthly Profitability statements.
Prepare and analyze the cash flow position on a consolidated basis to ascertain the funding requirements.
Corporate taxation function manages all direct and indirect tax compliance of all group companies, including tax planning, periodical statutory compliances, assessments, hearings and tax litigation
Assessment status update of Income Tax and Service Tax, GST cases pending report
Lead complex tax planning and due diligence,



facilitating and guiding partners and vendors on their tax compliance, managing relations with tax departments and supporting statutory audits.
Prepare and file appropriate responses/submissions for notices from GST / Income-tax department and assist in coordinating with consultants for seeking resolutions and redressals from the department
Represent the organization for all appearances before the tax authorities from time to time
Should possess solid skills in accounting software with proficiency in Excel.
