Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating offer rollouts.
Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives.
Manage recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain employee documentation and personnel records.
Coordinate background verification (BGV) and document collection.
Assist in maintaining HRIS and employee databases.




Support leave and attendance management.
Help with employee lifecycle processes, including confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR records.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and internal communications.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and statutory requirements.
