Role & responsibilities
Manage OTC operations including Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections.
Positive understanding of OTC metrics such as Aging, DSO, Collection Effectiveness, and Unapplied Cash.
Ensure process delivery meets client SLAs and quality standards.
Support daily back-office production activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle complex transactions, escalations, and process-related queries.
Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide process guidance to team members.
Support client interactions and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
Monitor operational metrics and prepare performance reports as required.
