Job Responsibilities
Responding to Deal Desk Internal Services Requests and become SME for all pricing, quoting, order processing, Task creation, renewals, booking policies and procedures for the Deal Desk team.
Collaborate with the Deal Desk team on Salesforce Prospect Reports for all Pending Closed Won Opportunities and Status Reports.
Present status of all deals on a weekly basis to GTM leaders and Deal Desk Manager.
Experience with Quote to Cash Processes.
Quoting for all renewals, addon deals, prorations, edition change and term change deals. Bookings all Orders via Salesforce Order Process.
Handle all escalations for non-standard deals and agreements.
Provisioning of Software Licenses including KB Task generation challenges via Salesforce CPQ.
Review legal HSA agreements and work with legal for any redlining requirements.
Leverage existing AI tools and language technologies to streamline deal review, quoting workflows, and process documentation,



enhancing efficiency and accuracy across cross-functional teams.
Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher required.
3 6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and sales methodologies and processes required.
Experience with SaaS licensing, Deal Structuring, HSA, and other commercial agreements, paralegal, or other legal experience preferred.
Experience with quote generation via Salesforce CPQ.
Excellent project and task management skills, managing multiple deals and tasks simultaneously.
Solid strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results as a team member and individual contributor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
