A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Head the Agency Sales Regional Office & lead all Branch staff and Advisors & co-ordinate

with seniors including those at HO.

• Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Branch Managers, Sales Managers &

Insurance Advisors of Agency Channel.

• Help, assist & guide the Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors

• To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship

management for Agency Sales and Cross Sales.

• To motivate BMs/SMs/Advisors with various competitions, contests and R&R; Initiatives

launched by the company.

• Regular monitoring of BMs, SMs & Advisors performance and conducting regular team

meetings & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.





• Facilitate administrative & operational supports to BMs, SMs & Advisors of Agency

Channel for the smooth functioning.

• Adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards.

C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Energetic Leader with of experience in Health Insurance.

• MBA (Sales or Marketing) would be preferred.

• Should have team handling experience.

D. SKILLS REQUIRED

• Rich experience in agency development model for Health Insurance
