Job Description Safety Supervisor (HS&E;)

Position: Safety Supervisor (HS&E;)

Location: Baddi

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a qualified HS&E; resource is available at the site as per company safety requirements.

Conduct and monitor site safety activities in compliance with HS&E; standards and site SOPs.

Attend and actively participate in Daily DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings and Monthly 9 KPI Review Meetings.

Perform contractor qualification and onboarding assessments for recent contractors as per site SOP.

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training programs for all workers.

Support and actively participate in quarterly safety campaigns and awareness programs.

Monitor and maintain compliance with site safety standards and statutory requirements.

Track, implement, and fulfill all 9 KPI safety requirements on an ongoing basis.

Conduct routine site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments,



and corrective action follow-ups.

Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to secure work practices by all personnel.

Report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and support corrective action implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline with recognized HS&E; / Safety Certification from a reputed external institute.

Minimum 05 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project site safety.

Sound knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and contractor safety management.

Robust communication, training, and reporting skills.

Ability to independently manage site-level safety compliance and safety KPI requirements.
