Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify recent business opportunities within industrial sectors.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and

repeat business.
Sales Execution
Analyse customer needs and suggest appropriate automation solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Handle negotiations, finalize deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Technical Coordination
Work closely with the engineering team to deliver customized solutions.
Support clients during pre-sales discussions and post-sales implementation.
Ensure solutions meet technical and operational requirements.
Market Insights
Keep track of industry developments, competitor activities, and recent technologies.
Identify potential markets and contribute to sales strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and performance updates.





Business Development - Project Sales
• Identify and track government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.)
• Prepare and submit tender documents. (technical and commercial)
• Handle complete bid management process from identification to submission.
• Liaise with government departments, consultants, and authorities.
• Develop business in WTP, STP, and Pumping Station projects.
• Manage SITC-based project execution coordination.
• Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and execution teams.

• Industry Exposure: WTP / STP / Pumping / Infrastructure Projects
• Education: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical (Preferred)
• Robust knowledge of tendering process and documentation.
• Experience in SITC projects (Electrical & Mechanical).
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with GeM
