Job Description:
Identify prospective customers through various sales channels and generate qualified leads to achieve business growth.
Present products or services effectively, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term client satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales while meeting revenue and profitability targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare regular sales activity reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify current business prospects.
Represent the organization professionally while consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
