Job Description: Financial
To contribute to the achievement of the financial targets and business composition goals of the firm
Identify and build high-quality client relationships within the target segment through networking measures and by cultivating existing relationships that yield meaningful referrals.
Adopt productive pricing and cost-control measures to ensure profitable client relationships.
Undertake initiatives to drive increase in shared of wallet of existing relationships.
Support marketing initiatives e.g. special campaigns, events, presentations etc.

Client
Ensure a high degree of client engagement and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of conduct and service in the delivery of the proposition.
Achieve valuable client outcomes through proper client profiling and ensuring that wealth managers follow model portfolios, house views, and product suitability and disclosure guidelines.
Minimize instances of client complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved within defined turnaround times.




Obtain and apply client insights to aid the enhancement of client experience and to improve the service delivery model.

Risk and Governance
Comply with regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure that the firm achieves the desired assurance, audit and regulatory review and rating.
Contribute to systemization and platform strengthening to achieve scale and sustainability.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Manage financial, regulatory, and reputational risk for the firm and its clients prudently. People

Spend time on knowledge enhancing initiatives and secure mandatory certifications and licenses, wherever applicable; adhere to the personal development plan.
