Job Description:

Plant Maintenance Technician

Qualification: ITI Fitter
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry Preference: Paint Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, reactors, gearboxes, goods lifts, agitators, and utility equipment.
Perform routine inspection, condition monitoring, and equipment health checks.
Ensure timely replacement and management of critical equipment spares.
Execute PM schedules and maintain maintenance records.
Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of recent equipment.
Follow safety standards and ensure equipment reliability for uninterrupted plant operations.

Required Skills:
Maintenance of rotating and static equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Experience in PM activities, condition monitoring, and spare management.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Preferred:
Experience in Paint, Chemical, or Process Industries.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and documentation.
