Job Description Hiring: Senior Real Estate Sales & Channel Partner Managern Location: Pitampura, Delhi | Type: Full-time, office-based | Joining: Immediate
n We are looking for a confident, polished, and results-driven real estate professional to represent our company and expand our sales and channel-partner network across Delhi and Delhi-NCR.
n This role is ideal for someone with a strong qualified presence who can independently visit channel-partner offices, conduct effective business meetings, communicate our offerings with credibility, and build long-term relationships that generate business.
n Property segments: Plots, residential, commercial, and farmhouses.
n Key responsibilities:
n n Drive end-to-end real estate sales and achieve business targets
n Identify, develop, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers
n Visit channel-partner offices and represent the company professionally
n Conduct impactful meetings, present company offerings clearly, and build trust with brokers and partners
n Generate leads, arrange site visits, negotiate,



and close transactions
n Expand broker and referral networks across Delhi and Delhi-NCR, based on relevant market coverage
n Maintain lead, client, and partner data using basic computer tools and CRM systems
n n What we are looking for:
n n Minimum 5–6 years of pure real estate sales experience
n A robust, confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
n Proven experience in channel-partner development and broker relationship management
n Solid network across Delhi and/or Delhi-NCR
n Ability to travel locally for partner meetings and business development
n Knowledge of plots, residential, commercial, and farmhouse transactions is preferred
n Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools, and basic technology
n Available to join immediately
n Preference for candidates residing near Pitampura or within convenient travelling distance
