Job Description Job Purpose
n To support strategic planning, financial modelling, data analysis, and business performance evaluation to drive the organization's long-term growth and profitability. The role combines financial expertise with strategic thinking to contribute to key business decisions.
n Key Responsibilities
n 1) Evaluate business performance against targets and recommend
n improvement areas.
n 2) Analyze P&L;, balance sheet, cost structures, and cash flows to evaluate
n business performance.
n 3) Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership teams
n 4) Present data in meaningful formats for strategy reviews and board
n presentations.
n 5) Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, SCM, and HR for strategy
n implementation.




n Qualifications
n n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or 1–2 years of experience.
n Robust financial analysis, accounting, and taxation knowledge.
n Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
n Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
n Valuable communication and presentation abilities.
n Ability to work with data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.
n Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
