We Are Hiring Collection/Recovery Executive In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Collection/Recovery Executive – Unsecured Loans

Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (CTC)
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle collections for unsecured business loan portfolio (primarily 30+ DPD cases).

Follow up with delinquent customers via calls and field visits to ensure timely repayments.

Understand customer issues and offer settlement or restructuring options where applicable.

Coordinate with legal team for initiating necessary legal actions on chronic defaulters.

Maintain daily collection reports and update system records accurately.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets as per allocated bucket.

Eligibility Criteria:





Minimum 1–3 years of experience in collections/recovery for unsecured products (personal loan, business loan, etc.)

Qualification: Graduate preferred; 12th pass with strong recovery background will also be considered.

Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Valuable knowledge of Ahmedabad geography is essential.
