We are hiring a Sales Officers & Senior Sales Officers in Madhya Pradesh.

Job Title: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer – LAP/Mortgage

Locations: Indore, Manawar (Dhar), Rajgarh (Dhar), Sanawad – Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 6 months to 5 years in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales

Salary: Up to ₹3.25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire potential customers for LAP/Mortgage products.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets by actively promoting and selling LAP products.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Assist clients in the loan application process and ensure smooth documentation.




Collaborate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and disbursal.
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 5 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.
Solid knowledge of loan products and financial services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
