Job Responsibilities
Generate international business through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms.
Search and identify relevant projects daily.
Write customized proposals and submit competitive bids.
Communicate with international clients.
Understand client requirements and convert leads into projects.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.
Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams.
Maintain CRM and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly revenue and project acquisition targets.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience on Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Robust proposal writing skills.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, AI Services,



Graphic Design, or Software Projects.
Experience in lead generation and client handling.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
