Position: Electrician

Location: Sushrushah Hospital, Kalliancaud Junction, Nagercoil

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to maintain and repair the hospital's electrical systems. The candidate should ensure uninterrupted power supply, attend electrical complaints promptly, and follow all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair electrical wiring, lights, switches, fans, and power outlets.
Monitor and operate generators, UPS, and electrical panels.
Attend electrical breakdowns and complete repairs on time.
Carry out routine electrical maintenance and inspections.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all hospital departments.
Follow electrical safety standards and hospital policies.
Maintain tools and report any major electrical issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Be available for emergency electrical work whenever required.





Qualification
ITI Electrician Certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrician.
Hospital experience will be an added advantage.

Skills
Positive knowledge of electrical systems and repairs.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Working Hours
Rotational shifts Day and Night as per hospital requirements.
Must be willing to attend emergency breakdowns when needed.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification and experience.
