Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)
Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise document archiving and retrieval applications. The candidate will be responsible for incident management, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring high availability of the CMOD setting. Experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environments.
Monitor application health, storage utilization, archive processing, and system performance.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Support document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, report distribution, and archival processes.
Troubleshoot archive loading failures, database issues, storage migration, and retrieval performance problems.
Coordinate with infrastruct
